Milestone Sundays: your baby's first year, week by week.

52 personalized Sunday morning reminders — one for every week of your baby's first year. Milestones, things to watch for, Canadian vaccine reminders and a bit of encouragement, delivered into your own calendar rather than your inbox.

What's in it

You enter your baby's first name and date of birth once. The calendar is built around that date, so week 14 arrives in week 14 — not whenever a generic list says so.

52 weekly milestones

What most babies are doing around this week, written as a window and never as a deadline.

Canadian vaccine reminders

The publicly funded schedule, flagged a week ahead so the appointment does not sneak up on you.

Things to watch for

The handful of things worth raising with your doctor at each stage, in plain language.

Encouragement

An honest morale boost for the weeks that are hard, and a little something for the other parent too.

How to get it

  1. Subscribe to the newsletter. It is free, and it is the only way the calendar is handed out.
  2. Check your welcome email. It carries your personal access code and a direct link to the calendar builder.
  3. Enter your baby's name and birthday. The builder produces a calendar file — one tap on an iPhone, an import on Google Calendar or Outlook.

Landed on the builder without a code? That is expected — the tool asks for one, and the code arrives in the welcome email when you subscribe. Codes are single-use.

The honest bit

Milestone Sundays is an educational gift, not medical advice. Every developmental milestone in it is a general window, not a deadline, and babies vary enormously inside those windows. If something in the calendar has not happened yet, that is usually normal — and your family doctor, pediatrician or nurse practitioner is the right person to ask about anything that worries you. The content is informed by Caring for Kids (Canadian Paediatric Society) and the Nipissing District Developmental Screen.
