- Baby spas — Warm-water hydrotherapy sessions for infants, usually paired with a baby massage afterwards.
- Infant massage — Registered therapists who massage your baby, and instructors who teach you to do it yourself.
- Baby and mommy-and-me yoga — Postnatal classes you attend with your baby, from gentle mat work to full mommy-and-me flows.
- Sensory play — Structured sensory classes for babies and toddlers — lights, textures, sound and age-specific play sessions.
- Infant swim — Parent-and-baby swim lessons and infant water-safety programs.
Every listing is free. We don't charge for inclusion, and we don't rank businesses by what they pay — the only thing CAD $49 buys is a verified badge, a direct booking link and placement above unclaimed listings in the same city.
